So the farmer that owns one of the spots I hunt called me today to let me know he had cut the corn. After work I decided to go take a walk and immediately started finding flakes then I find a broke point. More flakes and I find what I'm thinking is a broke drill. More flakes and then I see what I think is a tip of a point sticking out of the dirt. I brush the dirt away and what I thought was the tip was I'm guessing one of the bottom corners of a clovis.

...that’s the stuff, plz make more and better pics in natural light.

Edit.. and whatever you find at that spot tomorrow. I could stay away..

If I’m seeing correctly it looks more Folsom than Clovis with that wide flute, and worked edges. The second picture of the base looks fluted more than the first but more pics would help clarify.

I will get more pics when I get home from work. I guess anything is possible but I thought Folsom type where more common from the middle of the U.S. and West. I'm in New York.

Ooops I didn’t pay attention to the location i may be wrong I don’t know my ne pieces very well

Good work, neighbor!
