I think within the next ten years the answer is going to be, yes, and with a "reasonable" degree of accuracy. The more I learn about the technologies and the processing of returns I really believe that this is going to be "reasonably" possible soon. And this isn't going to include technologies like 3D or infrared imaging, but rather it is all going to have to do with a different prioritizing in the data collection and analyzing process, and where they'll start directing that prioritizing.
