I think it would be a great idea if a couple of the oldhands here got together and founded a class for newbies this could either be online or in the flesh I for one would be prepared to pay to attend and if i ever get to the Usa I would love to attend a live session what do you think

There is simply no on-line or text "class" that can replicate the lessons learned in person. You can't describe a sound or a swing speed in text or on a video, etc.... Get in a club and find out who's bringing in the old coins. Not just sandbox hunters, but the guys who are consistently bringing in the silver coins, and let them let you sample signals that they are hearing.

There is no subsitute for hands on. I used to teach with a splitter in the headphone jack.
