As the title says, I'm wondering if the teardrop under Anna May Wong's right eye is a defect. Wondering what the price might be on a coin like this. Thank you for any answers ahead of time!

It is worth 25 cents the scratch is not a tear as it also goes up into the bangs. It is just part of a circular scratch.
