no, even though one edge looks worked a bit. the stone type is wrong.
 

I agree with Unclemac, stone type may be limestone or sandstone. To soft for tools.
 

Agree with the others, just rock, not an artifact.

On another note, I do have a couple of the coin holders like the rock is sitting on in your picture...
