Is this a blade?

This was found about 3 feet underground on the banks of a river. The river has produced a stone axe head and stone arrow heads. I think it may be an artifact. Anyone know? Thanks.

I agree with Unclemac, stone type may be limestone or sandstone. To soft for tools.

Agree with the others, just rock, not an artifact.

On another note, I do have a couple of the coin holders like the rock is sitting on in your picture...
