Is this a child's ring?

I found thing ring and wondering what kind of stones they are, and is it a toe ring or child's ring?

It's very small...it doesn't fit on any of my fingers.

unlikely toe ring....little girls prolly...hard to tell but looks silver and turqoise.the patina looks right.Any markings on inside?Btw....most toe rings dont have protrusions....stones inlaid is more common.nice little find

looks like 1960s ish.cant be sure

Anywhere from 1930 to 1960 would be my guess!
