I would say no. It looks like slag. You can test it with a magnet, I've seen those features, generally it’s from some chemical waste.

The fracture on the second image has superficial characteristics of both some slags and some obsidian.

Time for more coffee.

It's definitely not a meteorite.

It would really help if people gave the location where they found their specimens. It looks glassy enough to be obsidian but there are large swathes of the country where obsidian does not occur and then slag is the more likely possibility. In general, obsidian is not found in the Eastern United States… often expressed as “doesn’t occur naturally east of the Mississippi River”, although that's not 100% true as a statement.

If you can see bubbles, that's also an indication for glass slag rather than obsidian.

I found it in the mountains in the wasatch front. When I look closely it has colored speckles.

Unfortunately not at that size. It's the kind of specimen you would pick up in a rock & gem store for a dollar or so.
