The rocks are not magnetic, they do set off my detector in the higher range 80+, there was a silver ore ship wrecked near the Florida beach I found it on.
Not meteorites, sorry. Those are called "Hot Rocks," or as we call them in Arizona, "Leaverite" specimens as in, "Leave her right where you found her!"
I found the same thing in Delaware on the beaches. They bring in rock from wherever to build up rip rap. Probably pyrite of something in the rock. The little ones make you think you found a gold nugget.

We have many rock mines nearby and rocks are not shipped in. The only rocks online that look the same is some gold ore selling on eBay. There is a history in the subject area of sunken silver ore ships.... Florida is the shipwreck Capitol of America.
