is this a meteorite

[advice welcome]

it does have magnetic properties and measures 4 inches long and just under 2 inches wide weighs 14 oz the inside has a metallic gold almost look to it

Kind of looks to me, like a stream tumbled rock. I don't think it's a meteorite.
