✅ SOLVED Is this a Navy button or a civilian button?

Found this yesterday about 3 inches down. Can't be too old, since it's made of aluminum. Has a trademark logo on the back, but I can't make it out. Looks like a cross on a hill? The front could be a Navy insignia, but I'm not positive. Is it a military button or just a civilian button? Thanks for any help.
