Hi guys. I found this canadian penny a few months ago. It is a 2011. It has the mirrorish look to it, so I am wondering if it is a proof canadian? Advice appreciated.

it looks like it was cleaned , scrachs on the face show it
 
I don't think that is possible because it is such a newer date. I'm not one to clean brand new coins.
 
Canada makes proof-like circulation coins.
 
No it is not proof. It looks a bit like it, but it is not, the queen's profile looks frosted but just a little. This is circulation strike and I am not even sure myself about the proof-like status of that coin.
This coin is not cleaned, it is just very new.
