If you are asking if this is a real artifact JMO it is not. 1st in this photo of the tip(the 3rd down on the right) you will see marks all about the same size going in the same direction. In my opinion those are machine sanding marks. 2nd the photos that show the head of the item shows the holes tapered out in different directions and the head having flat spots, that is not seen on most bone items such as this. I have to agree with monsterrack. It doesn't look right to me. The hole is wrong and the patina looks wrong too.
 

I agree with Monsterrack and Grim, something looks off to me. It's probably a section of a rib bone, but I don't recognize the odd patina or style. Any idea where it's from?
