🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Is this a type of Crotal bell?

Found on Maine farm with two other bells. When shaken it rings like Crotal bell

Looks more like a cane top or rain guide top... or hame.

a hole in end ? ......anything like an attachment hole etc ??

It is not a type of Crotal bell I think ARC is close
