Found this little guy and not sure if its an artifact. Fits nicely in my fingertips. Seems to have serrations. Sorry for the blurry pics. Thanks for the help.

Looks like it could be a flake artifact. Hard to tell from the photos, but could be an intentional chip or two on one edge to classify it as a utilized flake. If found in a creek it could just be a natural break, if found on an Indian site, could be an artifact, and worth looking around for more. HH

Really hard to say with out clear pics.

Sorry guys. I know they aren't the best pics. I will try to post some better pics soon. Thanks for taking a look at it.

I'd lean more towards end or thumbscraper on that piece from what I can see.

It's hard to tell but it does look like it was worked on, show some better photos. HH

Might be a broken tip I sure do find plenty broken tips

Here are a few more pics. Trying to post from my phone so not getting the best pics.

Looks like a tip to something to me by pic #3 looks to of been broken off.

Much better photos, thank you. If I had found it I would have also brought it home, and considered it "an interesting expedient utilized flake serrated tool artifact". HH

looks like it could have been a nice graver

From one view (third photo in your original post) it looks like a former tool that has suffered an impact or use fracture, or perhaps a resharpening gone wrong. Third picture in your second set of images has me leaning towards a graver or scraper as quito has said.
