Is this antique sewing table worth anything

Hello. I just acquired this from a recently deceased relative. I do not know anything about antiques and I would really appreciate some help. I don't know what else to say about this sewing table except that it is old and that it appears to have all it's original pieces, even the sewing machine is securely nestled and stowed beneath the table top. I would love to learn more about this item and I would also like to know if it has any monetary value. If you need more pics or details to do a more accurate appraisal please let me know and I will do what I can to help. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

While searching I saw other models selling for up to $200. Not sure why this one went so cheaply. Yours may be worth more with the cabinet, but truthfully the cabinet is not in very good shape. Wouldn't hurt to refinish it.

If you end up keeping it and refinishing it be careful because the cabinet has a thin veneer over a cheaper base wood and you could sand right through the veneer. Just give it a light sanding with a finishing sandpaper then give it a clearcoat. It should look fantastic when you are done.

Thank you a for the replies. I do have quite a bit of experience when it comes to refinishing, but I would be fearful that some error in judgement on my part would hurt the antiques value....and while I do agree it is a very nice piece, unfortunately I am in need of money and therefore need to sell it. I guess my follow up questions would be....how much value could be added to this by refinishing it, and are there any real big do's or dont's when it comes to restoring something like this.

Sadly these don't sell for much. Every other house had one and they are quite common. I had to sell my aunt's estate when she passed and considered myself lucky to get forty bucks for it after nobody showed any interest in it after three weekends of sales. This was in MI six years ago, but I also see them at auctions and they just don't bring a lot. Outdated as a sewing machine, and large for a collector to have in his house, just not popular.

I don't see that refinishing it would add any real value unless you refinish everything including the sewing machine itself. Just refinishing the cabinet doesn't add any value. But in the long run it is not a good name brand like Singer or Whites or New Home which would bring a higher amount of money. As a complete unit I would value it around $200.00 if in working order. JMO
