Is this Jewish?

Found this medalion at a local park. Its about the same size as a nickel. Can anyone tell me what it is and what it says?

Nice find....looks like the World War II Allied "V" for victory....maybe one of the arabic countries in middle East or North Africa.... just a guess.

Yup it's Jewish! Hebrew writing, I haven't tracked it down yet, but may be Israeli army or Nazi hunter. Not sure yet.

It's Arabic, and I'm pretty sure the "medallion" is actually an Arab Republic (Yemen) coin, denomination 5 fils :

WOW PBK, you are good. I noticed the the print on the back side at the bottom is a little different. Any Idea what it says? Is it a date?

The date is 1974-- well, actually it's the Hejira date 1694 (Muslim calendar), which equates to our year 1974.
