Is this Native American?

While metal detecting, I found a 1930s dump along a creek, in an area in which I've heard that arrowheads have been found.
Pulling out a bunch of bottles and relics. Tried to brave the snow and cold for a couple of hours of digging today. As I get deeper, I find more rocks and I always try to look at each.
Does this seem to be something? It feels so smooth, almost like marble. Seems like there is a groove. It's also much smaller than what
I've seen on this sight. I am far from an expert.
Please be honest, I may be completely off. Just trying to learn. Thank you!

Without better pictures looks natural, water worn. Can you post better pictures of both ends.

That's a tough one but I say not man made.

The two post appear to me to be two different objects.
I don't see any signs of any peck marks which would be left from the shaping process if these were man made, and not natural formations.
Therefore in my opinion these are not man made.

That groove looks suspicious. Hard to say. I also don’t have much experience with hard stone artifacts.

The groove looks interesting. Might be a preform just never finished on the bit

Groove looks like water errosion. I've seen all kinds of shapes formed by water in my 20 years walking creeks, and streams.

Not going to pretend to be a hard stone expert, but makes me wonder why put full effort into a groove before you finish the rest… seems like more of a finishing step.
