Is this silver marks?

Am out thrifting this morning, found a silverware bag for 7$.
There was a few Oneida silver plated spoons/forks.
But I also saw a knife and a spoon that caught my eye.
The spoon looks kinda old.
The other has what I think might be silver hallmarks of a silver handle knife.
What do you guys think?

I have been studying all the markings I can find so that I can at least have a general idea about the items I find at yard sales and thrift stores. I Have learned a lot from the highly knowledgeable T-net community. Congratulations to hughmaster10 for catching a nice piece or 2 of silver. I would love to hear more about the spoon he mentioned also
