Is this the date?

Ive had this coin for sometime and because of its great condition I considered the numbers on the front to be anything but the date., Has anyone seen one of these? Is it a date?

It is a Morroccan coin minted in 1952.The date 1371 is the Moslem year.The Moslem calendar started in the year 622 A.D. Since the Moslem year consists of 354 sometimes 355 days,the years add up faster.
