Hello all,,,
I was hoping someone could tell me what this coin should be labeled as?
1852LC.jpg

If you look on this page from Coinfacts they list this coin as a "Braided Hair" large cent.
But, if you look at PCGS's Price Guide they label it as a "Coronet Head". Do they simply call it either of the two, or what?
Also, I noticed some of the "Braided Hair cents" they show have a different reverse than this one... I'm confused... ???

I have been re-constructing my website and I would hate to have it labeled wrong... Any help with this would be greatly appreciated...
Thank you...

hard to tell. look under one cent on the back see if you can see a straight line, that would help. can you read the either the last two #

It is a braided hair coronet cent. In 1816 a redesigned cent was introduced, this design is now known as the coronet cent. In the late 1830's it was changed slightly and is called the braided hair coronet cent by collectors today.

Thanks for the info Guys,,,
And Thankyou Red... Sorry, about the lack of info, I can't believe I didn't put the date in the post. It's an 1852, you can just make it out...
Good luck, & Happy hunting~
