"rule" changes normally require a "public imput" meeeting * --call up and find out when that meeting will be held * get media attention -- explain how to were "abused" by the bully security guard , and after standing up and defending yourself -- the "powers that be" got even by pulling the you can detect but not dig rule change garbage on you as retaliation *--go to the meeting media in tow and ask the (politely) --say -- you say I can metal detect and find stuff but then I can not dig it up and recover it -- does this seem "LOGICAL" to you -- what is the point of being able to detect if you can not recover what you find? --seems like govt legalize gooby gook to me , and it smacks of retaliation for defending myself from a abusive security guard .

I am not a trouble maker - but the way things are going -- I am being denied my rights and freedom that I enjoyed for years , before this event occured , and if need be I will sue to have them again.

the bottom line is to get your right to detect --use the park --just like everyone else does back -- the whole you can MD but you can not dig to recover it --is like telling folks you can walk your dog in the park , so long as their feet do not touch the ground * WTF -- rules like that are utter nonsence and as such it should be challaged and pointed out how utterly rediculious it is.
