It was found in a garage does it count????

I posted this in today's finds, but i thought from reading previous post in this link that some one may know more about it in Here!!!!!

Only bad part is the 1 missing stone!!!!

It is heavy at .61 grams 2" by 1 3/4 in aprox my ruler is at work!!!
