That's funny, I'm North of you and didn't get any of that.

Yeah it was a strange one ! Being right on the coast we usually get ocean affect warming and usually see only rain by now. I believe the Gulf Stream runs a little closer to Scotia than Maine. Maybe that kept you with rain ! MaineRelic

Oh my friend I was none too happy to wake up to snow, wind , and floods. I live on the Adroscoggin in Topsham and it's very high right now. Supposed to stay cold for a bit but come Friday I'm gonna be out the door and exploring new sites. Can't wait. Do you suppose this storm dragged any sand off the beaches bud? Seems like it just keeps adding more the last few years.

I have found that places that seldom see any sand movement that are ! While places that usually see quite a bit of sand movement are being dumped on right . Areas facing north not south, southeast or southwest seem to be seeing some movement. ! Yeah the snow BITES ! MaineRelic

We had a bit of snow in the elevations last night too. This was my hunt site for the day:

Didn't provide me with much except clad and a junker ring ( it did make me forget to breathe a second though! ). It was 28 deg F when I got there but the snow covering soon melted in the sunny areas. I hope yours does too.
