Well, got more treasures out of the North Saskatchewan River today metal detecting the gravels. The weather forecast called for 60% chance of showers, so I grabbed my Garrett metal detector and hunted some spots where people gathered many years ago. Below are my finds for today.

Great finds from the city to the north of me. What is the reverse/date on the American penny? I don't recall seeing that shield before.
