Reduced rent isn't learning responsibility! Charge them full rent and insist on a large deposit and steadfastly refuse to do any repairs that may crop up in the future. I'd also sprinkle some cockroaches around before i left too...but then i'm evil that way!

come on people, family ya know....do WHAT YOU can to make it great for your daughters.
(only if it dosen't hurt you financially)

geez, ya'll with the --teach them a lesson before you know the cirumstances...his daughters might know those lessons and finacially he can do it and wants to do it etc.

but if rent is required then the gals must step up--which they sound like they will do for him.
