It's been about 30 years since I found one of these!
I never have hunted a Civil War site and finding something that old is few and far between for me. I got lucky today and found a dropped CW bullet. I found two wheats (1944 & 45) close by there, a 12 ga shot gun shell, a key and a bottle of perfume, lol... I was hunting in a small community that was there in the 1840's. If anyone could tell me about that CW bullet I sure would appreciate it. The back of it is cone shaped inside with no markings. Thanks a bunch.
