I hope something works out . Here in Nevada they are also closeting more and more BLM lands .
My question is and I keep asking . If this is our ( suppose ably ) Land then why is our words not heard .
They say they are preserving it for further generations . OK then why are they Fencing it to keep us out and why is it being sold of to corporations for development ?
That's really preserving for future generations . I guess housing !

quite simply, the sqweaky wheel gets the grease! we,as a group of small scale miners, havent been as involved with saveing our rights as we should be! theres to many groups of miners/prospectors/dredgers/ETC that dont want tobe bothered with all that goes into the fight! they simply let 'others" do the work for them and then they complain about its out come!these wacoenviromentalists and the enviromental terriorists DO get involved heavily! and they do it in groups! untill we as a entire group get out and do something, we are going to see lots more of this! next itll be in your backyard!
