sweet score love the marble cache, what do you use to clean the glass ?

Nsdq, I usually clean the bottles with copper shot and just plain old water. Shake it around in the bottles and they come clean fairly well. Some of the sickness you just cannot remove without a bottle tumbler machine. But those are big bucks, so I make due with a little elbow grease! Take care and thanks for the replies, jgas

Some of those marbles look like dingleberries. I would wash my hands right away.

Those finds are really cool, thanks for sharing. Are you digging an old dump or an old privy? I would't over clean them bottles. I understand that bottles with that rainbow design in the glass makes them more valuable and collectable.

Thanks for the reply Old Digger, I only clean them by hand with a bit of copper shot. Maybe tumble the really killer ones. jgas

Must have been heartbreaking to have dad punish you by throwing you're prize shooter in the shtter, when all you did was kill a robin with the slingshot.
