Art Nouveau era I'm thinking and a genuine period piece I'd say by what I can see in the picture. It was a very popular style during 1890–1910. I don't recognize the marks you mention. I think it's nice also. Have you took it to a jeweler to see what they think? Could be solid gold?

Yea, i took ring to jeweler yesterday and he tested it and result was solid gold.
