the reverse should have a full legend reading TVEARTVR VNITA DEVS the die engraver obviously ran out of space, and got as far as TVEARTVR VINTA DE and then engraved what looks like a 9 with a pellet beneath, it is to represent an abbreveation mark, this does not appear that often and would make the coin more sort afterSS
