It was supposed to rain all day but we caught a break from about 10 to 2 and hit one lot. I wound up with a 49 and 63 Rosie and a nice silver ring. 9 clad dimes, a quarter, 47 memorials and 9 wheats. One Rosie, the 63 was a surface find. Mark has 'sampled' the lot Sunday and I found the rosie about 5 inches from his Sunday dig hole. I guess the dime was covered in mud and the rain washed it off.

Seems the hallmark is "Bell Trading Post" in Albuquerque. Started in 1935 and ended in 1972. It is supposed to be a Fred Harvey era creation worth a zillion dollars, but can be bought for around 50-60 bucks.
