For a few years now I've studied the stories and maps about the over 2000 mule treasure the jesuits had to bury in a abandoned mine. Having so much treasure that it was more than the mine could hold and so they lined the rest of the treasure, up against the cliff nearby and blasted the cliff to cover the remainder. So from my research I have the following clues:
1. The jesuits were just a couple miles away from leaving the church when they heard of the Apache ambush.
2. they passed by or through what they called the gate or gateway or pillars.
3. A cross on a cliff.
4. Saint Ramon's face.
among many others but those are the main ones.
So I searched for those clues and after finding the location of where I believe this "filled" mine was, I headed out from there has if I were the jesuits going home and this is when I saw that the clues were made has they left the mine and not has they came to it. Before I start giving out more details here, I will wait a few days for everyone to see this post, just in case someone is also searching for this mine and is close or there and don't want the location posted. So I'll wait to see if someone speaks out. Thanks
