found this today on the old plantation, look hand made note inconsistant cuts. brass with silver plate. 2 1/4" x 1 7/8".

Nice score! Your oval filigree piece appears to be a "finding", which would have been part of a pendant or brooch (1920's into early 30's). These are usually Czech in origin.
