I just got finished reading Jim Straights “Advanced Prospecting & Detecting for Hardrock Gold” – AGAIN, and it got me to thinking how kind Jim was to me. Back in 2009, he personally autographed all of his books for me! I have read them all multiple times. Thank you again Jim, these books are a prized possession that I now keep in the safe with my other gold nuggets!

Nice collection!

I have every book he's ever written SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR with personal messages in every single one to me. I coveth them, And Jim, as a diplomat for miners for many years and like most of us---old old old--but NEVER count him out. Respect garned universally like sooo many long gone to that goldfield we never return from-Great reading fer sure-John

I have all of his publications too, I believe. His "Nugettshooter" and Chris Ralph's Fists full of Gold are ESSENTIALS in any contemporary gold prospector's library. TTC

Hoser.... Thanks but I gotta tell ya.... that picture is 45 years old! I'm just a shell of my former self. I respect all uniforms of all the services.... 'though I have a vested interest in putting the Marine Corps on top. My opinion. Thanks, buddy. TTC

Sold me... Just bought Jim's nugget shooter bible, they didn't have the finding gold in dry placers.. Dang. I love the desert!

Thanks for the heads up, looks like a great read. I guess I need to learn how to use my gold bug now.. Ughh lol.

Got his books also and also signed! Can't remember how many times I've read them.

My Amazon wish list just keeps getting longer.

Also since I just bought a mint condition Goldmaster V/sat,I am looking for Larry Sallees books,
zip zip mastering your nugget detector
zip zip the advanced course

Or if not those 2,just the:
Unabridged zip zip.

Hint Hint. Anyone have the first 2 they woiuld be willing to sell me.?
How about loan me and I will send them back to you as soon as I get done reading them and putting them into a digital file.
