Jumping Unicorn Sterling Stamp?

Picked up some old wishbone shaped tweezers. Stamped Sterling and has this unicorn. Any idea on what company the unicorn is related to? Thanks.

I believe they are sugar tongs. I am not familiar with the unicorn mark though. Maybe some one else is.
