Eyeballed this place today and said "Well, it's either yes or no, ain't scared!" Knocked on the door, Pat said "Have fun!" Alright! As you can see, had a blast! SLQ and token are my favorite. Like the heart pendant also, the arrow still spins. Last pic is looking off my back deck, the fall colors at there peak. What a wonderful way to spend a beautiful Autumn afternoon. To me, this is what metal detecting all about. Thanks for looking!

Nice stuff! Those dates are usually smooth on those quarters , great finds :icon_thumleft:

Hey great story and terrific digs. It also looks like you made some friends with the pic from the deck!

Hello and Excellent finds :headbang: I can't believe that view from your deck, absolutely gorgeous :icon_sunny: Thanks for sharing! Paul :coffee2:

That Standing Liberty looks pretty good, better than the one I dug yesterday :icon_thumleft:

Nothing prettier then those pretty ladies on the SLQ. Congrats on knocking on that door and getting a "YES". You just never know until you ask!

Great finds Neighbor!
Finally the weather is cooling down and we can begin our season! Probably a good time to go tomorrow after all this rain!

I heard that! Really blew in hard this morn. Ground was super dry at that place.

Thanks all for the replies! :)

Man I love to be around your area in the FALL. Like the Silver, but the Valve stem wench is cool too!

That's a pretty Standing Liberty, especially given the age. Hope you can get back there to dig a little more!

Those coins are great. Your photography is outstanding and the pics are in great detail, including the wood grains, totally outstanding! :headbang:

Wow, what a beauty of a SLQ. Yours is the type II. I think the SLQ is one of the most beautiful coins ever minted, and was made for a short time becuase the high relief wore away so quickly. Your coin has very little wear, but you can see where the date is already fading. Nice Save!!

 WOW!!... That is a real nice "STANDING LIBERTY" coin you found.
I also enjoyed that beautiful piece of property you had the privilege of hunting.
Good luck on all your ventures my brother. :notworthy:
