Hi all,
Just got a new Equinox 800.
I have been watching a ton of You Tube videos on this thing and can't wait to get out and find my first treasure.
Decided on the "Garrett Carrot" too after watching a lot of videos in it.
I have ab ACE 150 also that I will sell. Great machine for what it is!
I just wanted a more sophisticated detector and was able to get one, so there's that.
I have been lurking here for a couple of weeks and really enjoy seeing what others find.
What a great hobby!

i lurke through that area. mainly in the summertime. i do it cautiously for fear i might become a sinner ? be sure to fill ur holes neatly and discard trash properly. danka.

Yes they were great in their day.
Blow up the engine, 6 bolts and a clutch cable and on the porch for a rebuild.
J.C. Whitney and 100 bucks, a few days rolling it around, and voila! Back on the road!
I could tell MANY stories about those cars LOL.. Really makes me laugh to remember.
