Silly story.. But basically I was hopping back over a metal gate returning from the beach.. Long story why I didn't have a key at the moment... I was doing the kind of sideways hop you do planting one hand on top of the gate and swinging both legs over to one side in one fluid motion... The hand I had planted slipped while both of my legs where horizontal with my body so I came down sideways with all my weight on my ribs on the top of the gate.
