Just sold my Nox800 for $750.(Lost around $60)
It was New in the box but never opened since I bought it in July 2021.
Got my 15% off with the Military discount.
Thought I would be using it but for 6 month was not used or taken out of the box.
I think I will buy the Next NOX when it comes out(Hopefully soon}
Maybe then I might start getting back into the hobby........JT

Sad to see this! The Equinox 800 is an Excellent machine!

I would have sold the other detectors before I'd get rid of the Nox. Any particular reason you didn't use it?

I think I just did not really get around going out to use it and
in Northern Pa(Poconos}there are lots of State land that I think you can get fined using a detector.Myself I keep hearing about a New Nox coming out soon and will buy another one when they hit the market.....JT

Same here, I haven't heard a word about any new Minelab machine coming soon.

I'm sure there is plenty of public property that's open to hunting if your willing to do a little research. If not, time to seek out permissions.

I don’t get it

I went to a new to me park here in ft Pierce yesterday, silver rosie, silver ring, two memorial wheats, and a bunch of clad. Nothing earth shattering but fun to be out. There is always something to be found.

I’m in same area. DCNR state land Metal detecting is permitted. Fed lands no. Lot of private homes to ask permission. Parks, lakes, some old towns. I’ve found a ton in my decade of detecting. But I also hunt Jersey a lot. Hope you get back into it.

When I lived in Long Island I had Beach about 10 mins aways in the Late 80s when I first bought a Bounty Hunter Red Baron,anyways I ordered a Legend ,hope to have it soon and after the winter I will have to start finding spots to hunt at.Its getting annoying I buy these things and I sell them lol.....Thanks god I am not on a limited budget lol...JT
