Thanks Dave, I like the Canadian Nickel (.925 silver!)in particular as well due to the circumstances to which I found it. One month into detecting I showed my neighbor (who collects coins)what I had found in my yard and told him he probably has some silver by an old stone (not field stone) wall in his yard. He said if I pulled a silver coin I could detect his yard whenever it suits me and wouldn't you know in about a minute of hitting that wall...BAM! ( he obviously let me keep it too, lol)

Re: Just some random finds...

i've yet to get a 'large' US silver. Great stuff

Nice coins

I noticed you have been digging a variety of foriegn coins lately.

All still in decent shape...... Nice dig's!!!

Mighty fine digs for random finds...lol, congrats!

Thanks again everyone! For the record...The biff on the 44 Walker's face is from pulling the coin out of the side of the hole when I saw the rim of the coin...Don't do that! :-[
