dont need a md to find treasure. research and knowing a treasure is there will nelp greatly. many have come before you so try to learn what your detector is telling you. I have found the better finds deep, and your going to want to consider more modern detectors if you want to be competitive. Consider where you will hunt, what you want to find, and how much you have to spend. I was a little concerned about dropping several hundereds of dollars on a used detector. I am very happy with my purchase, and most like made my investment back several times over.
