This is one the Detectors won't get 10 years down the Line.

Yesterday while watching a Soccer game I saw a Quarter
lying on the edge of the Infield.
I couldn't resist & stepped out of my seat, reached down
and picked it up.





Nice Surprise, Clad but not a Regular Everyday Clad.
and a D Mintmark on the East Coast is a Bonus to me.

I collect those whenever I can get my hands on them...but not a one of them has a mint mark!!! Dang it!

Think I should start going to Soccer games in order to find one?

They are not worth much, but they are my favorite of all the quarters. Maybe since I have been collecting them since I was young. I always check the change I get for Bicentennial quarters.

Thanks Everyone ! yes it was only worth a Quarter
But the Double Dates make me Happier then if it was just a Quarter.

Today I was at a Chinese Auction at one of the Schools.
On the way to the Parking lot for a Smoke
I saw this Lying along the Sidewalk.
Again I couldn't resist picking it up.




A young girl who was with us got a '40's Dime (Roosevelt)
in change at the Concession stand, I forget the Date.
But Wish I had that to Post
