So my buddy found this in Ohio and we know it's Marion Commandery no.36 but that's all we know. Any info would be awesome. Also, what does KHT stand for? Thanks guys!

Really cool find! in KHT the H represents the sub order of the Hospitallers. They built a hospital in Jerusalem to treat
religious pilgrims that got sick or fell victim to bandits.
