Crack pipe..

That definitely looks like a crack pipe. They are usually filled with "brillo" and I would find them all the time on the ground near where I used to live. I would take it (and other finds from that day) to a police station and they will dispose of it for you. I suggest taking other finds with you so that you can prove you were treasure hunting and you don't get arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pyrex did not make crack pipes, these are all marked pyrex or kimax. Its some kind of Buchner funnel with side arm, I still have not found exact ID.

Pyrex didn't make them of course. But a drug addict like the shape.
Looks lke it was used for one.
