Took a quick lap around a field on Hickory Creek in Labette Co. before dark tonight. This site has yielded five or six finely made Kirk corner notches, a really nice Adena type knife, scads of small later points, a few musket balls and trade pipe pieces. Tonight’s pieces: a cute little Mano, a point and blade. Fun stuff! Can’t wait to see what tonight’s rain washes off!
