Found in Keenewah County, Michigan in the last century lol. No clue on this one, never seen anything quite like it.....

Hardness test needed but off the top of my head Feldspar and massive quartz boulder.

need dry pics, the wetness is hiding the color...looks like possibly basalt with feldspar phenocrysts, but it could be a conglomerate/tillite of basalt and granite instead
