Lamm Baltimore button

Found this yesterday in my side yard while using my backup Bounty Hunter (the wife was using the Ace 250-we have found we don't hunt too well together!!)
Back says P.B. Co. and Patent applied for. Just trying to find out who/what Lamm Baltimore is. Any help greatly appreciated.

An article in the NY Times dated 2/28/1922 lists the 'Arrival of Buyers', one of them being Mr. J.C. Lamm of Lamm Brothers (clothing material and buttons). It gives their location as 200-5th Ave. Room 141B; a prestigious address if in NYC. However, the article didn't state the city of that address; NYC or Baltimore.

Adding: Gleneagles was founded as Lamm Brothers in 1912 at 301 N. Exeter St. in Baltimore. It was sold in 1967 to Hartmarx Shaffner, the predecessor of Hartmarx.
