✅ SOLVED Lapel Pin

Hi All
Cleaning out some of my recently passed mom's stuff.
I ran across this little sterling Lapel Pin.
Tiny.. about 1/2" tall and 3/8" wide.
It has what looks like a person ( ok not a man) standing next to a tree and at the bottom P.E.I. I think.
If anyone has any idea what it represents please let me know.
Posted with a seated dime next to it for size.
