Went back to place found pistol ball. Found this small buckshot(on right) but I'm curious about the discolored larger round on the left to see if it's just buckshot too or not

After searching and finding a chart it seems to be the largest size I think

Is it black powder round or is this a shotgun shell casting , it doesn't look super old
